[Teams] Man Utd vs Arsenal: Confirmed Line-Ups From Old Trafford
Manchester United take on Arsenal in a huge Premier League game at Old Trafford this evening. Here are the confirmed line-ups:
Manchester United desperately need a positive result to boost their chances of finishing in the top four when they take on Arsenal at Old Trafford this evening.
Jose Mourinho has been boosted by the news that Eric Bailly and Chris Smalling are fit to start in defence. However, Luke Shaw and Phil Jones have been ruled out after picking up knocks at the weekend so Marcos Rojo and Matteo Darmian make rare starts while Diogo Dalot makes his league debut at right-back.
Paul Pogba has been dropped to the bench with Ander Herrera lining-up alongside Nemanja Matic in midfield while Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard support Marcus Rashford in attack.
Unai Emery will once again be without Mesut Ozil as the German playmaker misses his third successive game with a back problem. Aaron Ramsey is recalled as he joins Alex Iwobi in attack with Henrikh Mkhitaryan dropping out.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang keeps his place up front with Alexandre Lacazette on the bench while Matteo Guendouzi replaces Granit Xhaka – who misses out due to suspension. Emery has stuck with the same back three/five that started against Spurs.
