Arsenal will be looking to go third in the table with a win over Newcastle United at the Emirates Stadium this evening.
Gunners boss Unai Emery is without Laurent Koscielny as the defender has been ruled out with a foot injury so Sokratis comes in to join Shkodran Mustafi and Nacho Monreal in the back three.
Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Sead Kolasinac keep their places in the wing-back positions while Matteo Guendouzi is recalled alongside Aaron Ramsey as Granit Xhaka is out with a groin injury. Lucas Torreira serves the final game of his three-match ban.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is named on the bench as he’s been suffering with a fever recently so Alexandre Lacazette starts up front with Mesut Ozil and Alex Iwobi offering support in the Arsenal attack.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Denis Suarez are named among the substitutes along with Eddie Nketiah, Mohamed Elneny, Carl Jenkinson and Petr Cech.
