Liverpool will be looking to strengthen their position at the top of the Premier League table when they take on Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park this afternoon.
The Reds head into the game holding a commanding five point lead over second-placed Arsenal having won all five of their league games so far this season.
Arne Slot will be desperate to maintain that record today but it won’t be easy away to an in-form Palace side – who are the only other unbeaten team in the division this campaign.
Alisson Becker starts in goal once again while Conor Bradley lines-up at right-back with Jeremie Frimpong on the bench. Ibrahima Konate starts alongside Virgil van Dijk in the middle of Liverpool’s defence once again this afternoon while Milos Kerkez starts ahead of Andrew Robertson at left-back.
Ryan Gravenberch will be looking to continue his superb start to the season as he starts alongside Alexis Mac Allister in midfield. Dominik Szoboszlai also starts for Liverpool while it appears Florian Wirtz will line-up on the left flank.
Mohamed Salah will be one of the main danger-men for the visitors while Alexander Isak leads the line up front with Hugo Ekitike suspended after his sending off against Southampton in midweek. Cody Gakpo is among the Liverpool substitutes.
As for Palace, Jean-Philippe Mateta starts up front with Ismaila Sarr offering support. Yeremy Pino and Daichi Kamada start for the Eagles along with Adam Whorton.
Marc Guehi – who saw a deadline day move to Liverpool collapse at the 11th hour in the summer – marshalls the defence today.
Here are the confirmed line-ups:
