Fernandes replaces Bentancur: Predicted Tottenham Hotspur XI vs Everton

Tottenham Hotspur remain winless in the Premier League after three outings but have the opportunity to bag their maiden success of the season over the coming weekend in front of their own supporters.
Roberto De Zerbi’s men take on Everton at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in their matchday four fixture tomorrow at 15:00 local time, hoping to find some important form nearly a month into the season.
Here is a look at the possible Spurs eleven for the clash.
Goalkeeper – Antonin Kinsky has established himself as the number one for the Lilywhites this season and is expected to retain his place in between the sticks against the Toffees.
Defenders – Pedro Porro is the undisputed starter at right back and could continue in that role, as could Destiny Udogie on the left side of the back four with Andy Robertson likely to remain on the bench. Micky van de Ven and Jan Paul van Hecke are expected to round off an unchanged backline for the home side.
Fernandes set to start as the number 10
Midfielders – Sandro Tonali has yet to live up to the billing after his lucrative swoop from Newcastle United in the summer but he is expected to keep his place in midfield in the double pivot. Rodrigo Bentancur, however, could drop out with January signing Conor Gallagher, who played higher up the pitch last time, likely to drop into a deeper role next to the Italian star.
That means £85 million star Mateus Fernandes is the favourite to play as the number 10 for the Lilywhites, with Savio and Mathys Tel playing on the wings to his right and left, respectively.
Forward – Another new and expensive summer signing in Omar Marmoush is set to lead the line for Tottenham Hotspur ahead of Dominic Solanke.
Here is how the hosts might look on paper.
