Fernando Torres was the hero as Liverpool got a valuable 3-points after beating Blackburn 2-1 at Anfield, however despite the victory the Reds remain in the bottom three of the Premier League table. Kyriakos gave Liverpool the lead before Jamie Carragher scored his seventh premier league own-goal to draw Blackburn level.
