[Video Highlights] Liverpool 0-0 Hull: Balotelli Misses Late Sitter As Reds Held

Liverpool were held to a 0-0 draw by Hull City at Anfield on Saturday afternoon with under fire striker Mario Balotelli missing a last gasp chance to take home the three points.

Balotelli forced a decent save early on and could perhaps have done better with another couple of headed chances in the second half but his big moment came in the final minute of stoppage time when he fluffed a golden opportunity to secure a late three points after firing straight at Jakupovic from just five yards out.

It was to be the final kick in what was a hugely frustrating game for the Merseysiders as they drew 0-0 and dropped to fifth in the table after nine games.
