Arsenal and Chelsea have now confirmed the dates for their upcoming Champions League knockout stage ties against Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain.
The Gunners were in pot 2 for this mornings draw but were fortunate enough to avoid the likes of Bayern Munich, Real Madrid and Barcelona having been paired against Monaco.
Arsenal have now confirmed they will host the Ligue 1 outfit at the Emirates on Wednesday 25th February before travelling to France for the return leg on Tuesday March 17 2015.
Chelsea meanwhile were not so lucky as they arguably got the hardest of all the teams they could have faced, with the Blues being drawn to play Ligue 1 champions PSG.
Jose Mourinho’s men will take on the big-spending French side at the Parc des Princes on Tuesday February 17th before welcoming PSG to Stamford Bridge for the return leg on Wednesday 11th March.
Both Premier League clubs will be confident of progressing to the quarter finals, particularly Arsenal with Arsene Wenger taking on the side he used to manage between 1987 and 1994.
