Maurico Pochettino has made several changes to the side that drew at Fiorentina in the Europa League in midweek with Kyle Walker and Danny Rose coming in to the defence while Eric Dier drops back in to the back four with Toby Aldereireld rested.
Hugo Lloris is still nursing a shoulder injury so Michel Vorm starts in goal while youngster Onomah gets a start in attack along with Heung-min Son and arry Kane.
