Chelsea will look to continue their recent good form when they take on Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium this afternoon.

Guus Hiddink has handed Alexandre Pato his first start for the club with Loic Remy injured and Diego Costa out through suspension. Matt Maizga continues alongside Branislav Ivanovic in defence with John Terry and Gary Cahill ruled out.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek keeps his place alongside Pedro and Oscar while John Obi Mikel starts in midfield alongside Cesc Fabregas.
