I’m sure all Manchester United fans will remember the famous grey away kit from 1995/96 as Sir Alex Ferguson blamed it for his side being 3-0 down at half-time during their clash with Southampton.
Fergie demanded his players change into their third kit for the second half and while they managed to pull a goal back, they still lost 3-1 – although the Red Devils still went on to lift the title despite their hideous away kit.
Of all the kits below, my favourite has to be the Mexican goalkeeping kit from the 1994 World Cup. The florescent colours were mind-boggling.
