The Gunners welcome Shkodran Mustafi back from a thigh injury as the German international starts alongside Laurent Koscielny and Nacho Monreal at the back.
Alexandre Lacazette gets a recall up front with Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil in support while Danny Welbeck returns to the bench after recovering from a groin strain.
As for Spurs, they are boosted after Harry Kane passed a late fitness test to start up front following a knee problem while Hugo Lloris and Dele Alli also return to the starting eleven.
Harry Winks makes the squad following an ankle problem but he’s only named on the bench with Moussa Sissoko joining Mousa Demeble in midfield.
