[Video Goals] Watford 1-1 Tottenham: Son Goal Not Enough For 10-Man Spurs

Tottenham’s winless run in the Premier League extended to four games as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Watford at Vicarage Road this afternoon.

The hosts made the perfect start as they opened the scoring early on when defender Christian Kabasele headed home from a Tom Cleverley corner in the 13th minute.

Tottenham levelled things up midway through the first half as the South Korean international scored at the far post to make it 1-1 in the 25th minute following a superb cross from Christian Eriksen.

Tottenham’s hopes of finding a second goal were dented when Davinson Sanchez was shown a straight red card after blocking Richarlison with an arm across his face in the 52nd minute.

Watford tried to make their man advantage count but couldn’t force a winner so Tottenham held on to secure a point that leaves them sitting sixth in the table and four points off the top four.
