Liverpool will be looking to guarantee their place in the knockout stages of the Champions League when they take on Spartak Moscow at Anfield on Wednesday night.
Here is the side I think Jurgen Klopp will select for the game:
Goalkeeper: Loris Karius has played in all previous Champions League group stage games this season so I expect the German youngster to come in tomorrow with Simon Mignolet dropping to the bench.
Defence: Klopp’s options in defence have been boosted by the return of Joe Gomez and Ragnar Klavan as the duo are back in contention after recovering from illness.
Gomez is expected to replace Trent Alexander-Arnold at right-back while Klavan should come in to the defence alongside Dejan Lovren with Joel Matip ruled out with a thigh injury.
Alberto Moreno is expected to get a recall at left-back with Andrew Robertson dropping out having made a rare start against Brighton at the weekend.
Midfield: Jordan Henderson should once again skipper the side out tomorrow night with Gini Wijnaldum moving back in to midfield following his stint at centre-back on Saturday.
Philippe Coutinho could also drop back in to a more central attacking role against Spartak but Adam Lallana remains unavailable as he’s still working his way back to full fitness after suffering a minor setback last week.
Attack: Klopp has rotated his attackers over the past few games but he’s vowed to field his strongest eleven tomorrow and won’t be tempted to rest any key men ahead of this weekend’s Everton game.
If he sticks to his word, we should see Sadio Mane recalled to start in attack alongside the in-form Mohamed Salah with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain remaining on the bench.
Roberto Firmino should once again lead the line up front with Daniel Sturridge named among the substitutes along with the likes of Dominic Solanke.
Here is how we think Liverpool will line up:
