Serge Aurier replaces Kieran Trippier at right-back while Danny Rose comes in for Ben Davies on the left with Eric Dier once again alongside Jan Vertonghen in the middle of defence.
Moussa Sissoko gets a start alongside Harry Winks in midfield while Harry Kane leads the line up front with Fernando Llorente on the bench.
