Unai Emery has made wholesale changes to his line-up with Bernd Leno given another chance to impress in goal while Stephan Lichtsteiner and Rob Holding come in to the back four with Shkodran Mustafi and Nacho Monreal retaining their places from the weekend.
Emile Smith-Rowe gets a chance to impress while Matteo Guendouzi and Mohamed Elneny are recalled in midfield. Henrikh Mkhitaryan has overcome a minor ankle problem to start in attack while Alex Iwobi gets a recall.
With Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang rested and Alexandre Lacazette on the bench Danny Welbeck leads the line up front. Eddie Nketiah is also named among the subs along with Sead Kolasinac – who’s back after recovering from a knee injury.
