Steegens explains the Belgian wonderkid is incredibly ambitious and won’t settle for a place on the bench. He told the Daily Express:
“He will respect everyone there and he is willing to learn. But he will take his chance.
“If he plays instead of Didier Drogba – his hero – or Fernando Torres, he won’t be looking over his shoulder.”
Chelsea and Anderlcht have agreed a fee and Lukaku has undergone a successful medical and is now speaking to the club over personal terms.
