Capello should include Sol Campbell in the squad as he has the experience.

you honestly think they will drop Crouch and Heskey??
Heskey shouldn’t even be in the 30 man squad, he has been shite for 10 years and got away with it for some reason,
Crouch will stay, I personally hope Bent gets a go although I think it unlikely

Heskey has indeed been poor for Villa this season and has maybe struggled for confidence at club level for a good 3 or 4 years, but if you can’t see his value to England and the important role he plays in Capello’s tactics then you haven’t been watching Capello’s England very closely during qualifying. He helped England get to the finals and deserves his place.
Who the 7 are who miss out will largely depend on Barry’s recovery from injury over the next month. If Barry is fit enough I think the ones to miss out will probably be Warnock, Dawson, Parker, Huddlestone, SWP Johnson and Bent…. although, personally, I don’t think Upson and Carrick should go, on current form.

I think it’s quite a good squad, really dissapointing Zamora’s out with an achilles injury. I think that Heskey was a big risk after his recent lack of form. Joe Hart is a brilliant player and I think will play a big role in England’s World Cup road. Personally, I cant wait to see Darren Bent and Wayne Rooney link up. I think they are a brilliant partnership and we could see many goals through them. Well done Capello, nearly.
