Tottenham Hotspur welcome Swansea City to White Hart Lane on Sunday afternoon looking to build on their impressive start to the new season.
Both clubs head into the game off the back of resounding wins in the Europa League on Thursday, with Spurs beating Dinamo Tbilisi 5-0 in Georgia while the Swans saw off Petrolul Ploiesti 5-1 at the Liberty Stadium.
Andre Villas-Boas men beat Crystal Palace 1-0 on the opening weekend of the season with new signing Roberto Soldado scoring the winner from the penalty pot, so the north Londoners will be looking to make it two wins from two.
Swansea on the other hand were thumped 4-1 by Champions Manchester United last Saturday so they will be hoping to register their first points in the league this weekend.
Team News
AVB is expected to welcome back both Jan Vertonghen and Aaron Lennon after the duo sat out Thursdays win in Europe with minor knocks.
Vertonghen should come straight back in to play alongside Michael Dawson at the back but Lennon may have to make do with a place among the subs with Andros Townsend putting in an excellent display in midweek.
Nacer Chadli may also come back into the starting line-up along with Kyle Walker and Danny Rose.
Michael Laudrup may elect to stick with the side that won in midweek but Ben Davies is pushing for a recall after sitting out the win over Ploiesti.
Jonathan de Guzman is also back in contention after recovering from concussion, but Nathan Dyer is out with a hamstring strain.
Likely Line-Ups
Predicted Score
Swansea could have their work cut out as Tottenham have won 9 and lost just one of their last 13 games at the Lane. Tottenham 2-0 Swansea.
