Chelsea finished off their pre-season tour of the United States with a 3-1 victory over AC Milan in Minneapolis last night thanks largely to a double from Oscar.
The Blues started brightly and opened the scoring midway through the first half when Bertrand Traore stooped low to head home from the rebound after Victor Moses had seen his shot saved.
Milan levelled things up shortly before half-time when Giacomo Bonaventura curled home a superb free-kick so the two sides went in at the break with the scores level at 1-1.
N’Golo Kante was introduced at half-time and Chelsea began to take control of the game with Oscar putting the Blues ahead from the penalty spot following a handball in the area.
The Brazilian playmaker then sealed a 3-1 victory three minutes from full time when he drilled home in to the bottom corner from a tight angle.
Chelsea will now fly home to prepare for their final pre-season friendly when they take on Werder Bremen this weekend.
