Chelsea will look to strengthen their grip at the top of the Premier League table when they take on Burnley at Turf Moor on Sunday afternoon.
Here is the team we think Antonio Conte will pick for the game:
Goalkeeper: Thibaut Courtois is one of the first names on the team sheet so he’s almost certain to keep his place between the sticks this weekend.
Defence: David Luiz has been carrying a knee problem for the past few weeks but Conte confirmed at his press conference today that the Brazilian international is managing the pain and is available for selection.
Therefore, I don’t see the Italian coach making any changes to his settled back three on Sunday so Gary Cahill and Cesar Azpilicueta should once again line-up alongside Luiz.
Midfield: Conte has no fresh injury worries to contend with in midfield but we could see Cesc Fabregas get a recall as the Blues boss hinted today that the Spaniard will get more game-time over the coming weeks.
Nemanja Matic is the man most likely to make way as N’Golo Kante was outstanding against Arsenal last week and there’s no chance he’ll be left out.
Marcos Alonso is likely to keep his place after a goal-scoring display last weekend while Victor Moses once again start on the right-wing.
Attack: Conte eased any fears over the fitness of Eden Hazard after confirming that the reason the Belgian international was substituted against the Gunners was not because of injury but to give the fans a chance to applaud him for his superb display.
Therefore, Hazard will once again support Diego Costa in attack against Burnley but we could see Willian come in for Pedro as Conte has also suggested the Brazilian attacker will see more regular action during the next few games.
Here is how we think Chelsea will line-up:
