Ole Gunner Solskjaer has opted to stick with Phil Jones in defence as he lines-up alongside Chris Smalling and Victor Lindelof. Diogo Dalot also starts in defence with Ashley Young making way while Luke Shaw serves the second game of his two-match suspension.
Nemanja Matic is recalled in midfield with Scott McTominay making way. Fred keeps his place while Paul Pogba also starts and David De Gea retains his place between the stick despite his error during Man Utd’s Champions League defeat to Barcelona last Tuesday.
Romelu Lukaku is recalled to start up front against his former side with Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial offering support in attack. Jesse Lingard makes way to join the likes of Juan Mata, Alexis Sanchez and Andreas Pereira on the bench.
As for Everton, Richarlison starts in attack alongside Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Bernard. Gylfi Sigurdsson keeps his place so Theo Walcott has to settle for a place on the bench.
