Trio ruled out as Pochettino makes 5 changes | Expected Tottenham line-up vs Everton

Tottenham will be looking to try and snatch third place by beating Everton on the final day of the Premier League season in north London on Sunday afternoon. Here is the side we think Mauricio Pochettino will select for the game:
Goalkeeper: Hugo Lloris will be in buoyant mood after leading his team to a Champions League final and the Frenchman is expected to once again start between the sticks on Sunday afternoon.
Defence: Tottenham are likely to make changes in defence as Jan Vertonghen has been ruled out after suffering an ankle injury against Ajax on Wednesday night. Davinson Sanchez is also on the sidelines with a thigh problem and Juan Foyth begins a three-match ban following his sending off against Bournemouth last weekend.
Therefore, Eric Dier is expected to drop back into defence to start alongside Toby Alderweireld. Kyle Walker-Peters could be given a run out at right-back while Ben Davies is expected to replace Danny Rose as he’s struggling with a hamstring problem that he picked up in midweek.
Midfield: Tottenham also have concerns in midfield as Harry Winks remains out with a groin injury while Victor Wanyama is a major doubt after suffering a thigh injury in Amsterdam on Tuesday night.

With Dier playing at the back, it means Christian Eriksen could start alongside Moussa Sissoko in the middle of the park – although youngster Oliver Skipp is an option for Pochettino if he wants to give him a run out.
Attack: Tottenham are all-but guaranteed of finishing at least fourth so they don’t need to push any of their injury doubts but one man who’s certain to miss out is Harry Kane as he’s still nursing an ankle injury. However, the hitman has stepped up his rehabilitation and is desperate to return in time for the Champions League final.
Hueng-min Son begins his three-match suspension following his dismissal against Bournemouth so Fernando Llorente could lead Spurs in attack after changing the game off the bench against Ajax.
Erik Lamela is also pushing for a start after coming off the subs bench in midweek having recovered from a thigh injury and the Argentinean international could join Dele Alli in the Tottenham attack.
Lucas Moura was the hero in midweek as he scored a stunning second half hat-trick to complete a memorable turn around and the Brazilian forward is expected to keep his place against Everton this weekend.
