Liverpool will look to put one foot in the final of the League Cup when they take on Stoke at the Britannia Stadium tomorrow night. Here is the side I think Jurgen Klopp will pick.

Goalkeeper: Adam Bogdan could be recalled to the starting eleven as the No.2 has been given a run-out in previous rounds of the League Cup, so Simon Mignolet could be given a breather.

Defence: Klopp is unlikely to make any changes to the back-four as Martin Skrtel remains out with a hamstring injury so Dejan Lovren is therefore set to continue alongside Mamadou Sakho. Alberto Moreno and Nathaniel Clyne should also keep their places in the full back positions.

Midfield: Jordan Henderson has been ruled out after suffering a recurrence of a long-standing heel injury while James Milner is also still missing with a calf problem.

Lucas Leiva and Emre Can are expected to retain their places but Klopp could bring Joe Allen back in to the side in place of Roberto Firmino to add a bit more defensive solidity in the middle of the park.

Attack: Daniel Sturridge has also been ruled out of the trip to the Britannia as he continues to work on his fitness while Divock Origi could miss the game with a hamstring injury.

Therefore, Christian Benteke is likely to continue up front with Philippe Coutinho offering support and Adam Lallana coming in to the attack in place of Jordon Ibe.

Here is how I think we’ll see Liverpool line-up:

What do you think? What line-up would you like to see start?
