[Teams] Liverpool vs Tottenham Hotspur: Confirmed line-ups for EFL Cup clash

We have a heavy-weight EFL Cup clash to look forward to as Liverpool take on Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield.

Reds boss Andoni Iraola has rotated his squad with Mamardashvili recalled in goal while Frimpong, Gomez and Kerkez all come in to the defence alongside Aruajo. Van Dijk is among those given a rest this evening.

McConnell is handed a chance to impress in midfield as he starts alongside MacAllister. Highly-rated youngster Nyoni gets a start and all eyes will be on the youngster as he continues to knock on the first team door.

Gapko starts in the Liverpool attack alongside youngster Ngumoha and Koumas. Barcola and Isak are among the big-guns on the Reds bench if needed.

As for Tottenham, under-fire Roberto de Zebri has also used the full use of his squad with Dubravka starting between the sticks. Gray, Tosin, Senesi and Udogie make-up the back four with Van Hecke and Van de Ven dropping to the bench.

Bentancur and Bergvall are joined in midfield by Gallagher so Fernandes has to make-do with a place among the Spurs substitutes this evening.

Kudus and Tel support Marmoush in attack with Solake, Maddison and Savio all among the substitutes for the North Londoners.
