Liverpool will look book their place at Wembley when they take on Stoke City in the second leg of their Capital One Cup semi-final at Anfield tomorrow night. Here is the side I think Jurgen Klopp will pick.

Goalkeeper: Simon Mignolet started ahead of Adam Bogdan in the first leg at the Britannia Stadium so despite the Belgian having another poor performance at Norwich on Saturday, I think we’ll see Klopp stick by his No.1 on Tuesday night.

Defence: Liverpool have a doubt over Nathaniel Clyne after the full-back picked up a knee injury at Carrow Road so Jon Flanagan is on stand-by to make his first start in over 18 months. Klopp is reluctant to force the youngster to play the full 90 minutes as he’s only recently got back to full fitness so he’ll give Clyne every chance to make it.

Dejan Lovren is also set to return to the squad after recovering from a hamstring injury that he suffered in the first leg. Klopp has hinted the Croatian isn’t ready to start so with Martin Skrtel out injured, we’ll see Mamadou Sakho alongside Kolo Toure at the back once again with Alberto Moreno keeping his place at left-back.

Midfield: Lucas Leiva, Emre Can and Jordan Henderson should all retain their places in the middle of the park. Joe Allen is on stand-by if Klopp does decide to make a change in midfield.

Attack: Roberto Firmino should once again lead the line ahead of Christian Benteke after scoring another brace at the weekend. Daniel Sturridge is in full training but is still a couple of days away from being under consideration for a recall.

Adam Lallana should return to the starting eleven after netting a last gasp winner against Norwich and with Philippe Coutinho still nursing a hamstring injury, James Milner is likely to keep his place in attack.

Here is how I think we’ll see Liverpool line-up:

What do you think? What line-up would you like to see start?
