Guus Hiddink has been forced to start John Obi Mikel alongside Branislav Ivanovic at the back while Asmir Begovic replaces Thibaut Courtois in goal as the Belgian international starts his two-game ban.

Nemanja Matic returns to partner Cesc Fabregas in midfield while Eden Hazard starts after missing the last five games with a niggling hip injury. Pedro and Willian also support Diego Costa in attack.
