Nathaniel Clyne, Dejan Lovren and Kolo Toure come in to defence while Emre Can, James Milner, Adam Lallana, Roberto Firmino and Daniel Sturridge also get recalls.
Guus Hiddink has decided to start Asmir Begovic in goal while John Obi Mikel plays at centre-back in the absence of John Terry and Branislav Ivanovic. Bertrand Traore leads the attack with Diego Costa ruled out.
