Chelsea will look to take control of Champions League Group C with a positive result when they take on Atletico Madrid at the Wanda Metropolitano on Wednesday night.
Here is the side we think Antonio Conte will pick for the game:
Goalkeeper: Thibaut Courtois is expected to be passed fit to start against his former club despite receiving treatment at the weekend following a heavy collision.
Defence: David Luiz will return to the defence after serving the first of his three-match domestic suspension so Andreas Christensen is expected to make way despite another solid display last time out.
Gary Cahill is also set for a recall at the back with Antoinio Rudiger the man most likely to drop out as Cesar Azpilicueta should retain his place in the back three tomorrow night.
Midfield: Cesc Fabregas and Davide Zappacosta are pushing for a recalls after being left out at the weekend but I think Conte will be tempted to stick with the same midfield that started during the 4-0 win at Stoke.
That means Tiemoue Bakayoko should continue alongside N’Golo Kante in the middle of the park while Victor Moses and Marcos Alonso should once again occupy the wing-back positions.
Attack: Eden Hazard is expected to be recalled to the attack after being a late substitute against Stoke on Saturday with Willian the man most likely to make way.
Pedro is a minor doubt after picking up a knock at the Britannia Stadium but the Spaniard should recover in time to retain his place and he’ll be looking to build on his goal at the weekend.
Alvaro Morata continued his fine start to life in England after scoring a hat-trick against Stoke so he’s almost certain to retain his place up front with Michy Batshuayi once again among the substitutes.
Here is how we think Chelsea will line-up:
