Antonio Conte has recalled Cesar Azpilicueta to the defence after the Spaniard was rested in midweek while Antonio Rudiger keeps his place ahead of Gary Cahill.
Victor Moses comes in to make his first start in six weeks after recovering from a hamstring injury with Davide Zappacosta dropping out while Danny Drinkwater comes in to the midfield alongside N’Golo Kante and Cesc Fabregas.
Eden Hazard also comes back in to the side after being rested against Swansea City meaning Willian drops out while Alvaro Morata leads the line up front. Michy Batshuayi is fit to return to the bench after recovering from an ankle problem.
