Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham are facing a battle to sign Malcom this summer after Inter Milan entered the race to land the £43.6m-rated Bordeuax attacker, according to reports in Italy via CalcioMercato.
Malcom has become one of the most sought-after attackers in Europe since joining Bordeaux from Corinthians two years ago and he provided 12 goals and 8 assists last season.
The attacker is also tipped to become a full international with Brazil having represented his country at U20 and U23 level and his potential has attracted interest from the Premier League.
Get French Football News reported over the weekend that Liverpool and Chelsea have held talks with Malcom’s agent about a potential move to England this summer after identifying him as a key target.
Jurgen Klopp needs to finally land a replacement for Philippe Coutinho while Chelsea could be eyeing Malcom amid speculation surrounding the future of Willian at Stamford Bridge.
CalcioMercato claim Arsenal and Tottenham are still showing a keen interest in the £43.6m-rated South American star having previously been linked with Malcom during the January transfer window.
The Gunners need to add some width to their squad after selling Alexis Sanchez and Theo Walcott in the winter while Spurs are also looking to strengthen their squad after securing a top four finish once again last year.
However, the Italian publication cites a report from Sky Italia that claims the north Londoners will now face even more competition as Inter Milan have joined the chase to sign Malcom this summer.
It’s stated in the report that Inter have initiated talks with the 21-year-old’s agent about a move to Italy as they look to find a replacement for Dalbert – who’s being lined-up for a move to Monaco.
