The summer transfer window is open and managers are working hard on their transfer targets so we’ll bring you all the latest gossip from around the globe. Today, Arsenal and Man Utd have joined Tottenham in the race to sign Ante Rebic…
Arsenal and Manchester United have joined Tottenham in the race to sign £44m-rated Eintracht Frankfurt forward Ante Rebic this summer, according to Sport Bild.
Rebic made his name at Fiorentina but has spent the last two years out on loan at Frankfurt where he established himself as one of the most exciting young attackers in Italian football before making his loan move permanent this summer.
The 24-year-old has continued to enhance his reputation at the World Cup over the past month having scored 1 goal in four impressive appearances so far and he could start for Croatia against England tonight’s semi-final in Moscow.
Rebic’s potential has alerted several clubs here in the Premier League as Sport Bild claim that Tottenham made contact with his representatives last month to register their interest in bringing him to England.
Mauricio Pochettino is expected to further strengthen his squad before the start of the season as he looks to turn Tottenham in to genuine title contenders next year and Rebic would give him another top class option in the final third.
However, it looks like Spurs are going to face stiff competition as the German publication says Arsenal and Man Utd have joined them in the race to sign the Croatian international this summer while Bayern Munich and Napoli are also named as potential suitors.
Unai Emery has been busy strengthening his new Arsenal squad with several defensive additions but he’s also expected to sign another winger and it appears Rebic is on his radar.
Jose Mourinho has made three new signings so far this summer but the United boss is also being tipped to dip in to the market for another attacker and Rebic could be viewed as a potential replacement for Anthony Martial amid speculation over his future.

We’ll have to wait and see how things develop over the coming weeks as Rebic won’t make a decision over any move until after the World Cup but Sport Bild suggest any deal would cost around £44m so the likes of Arsenal, United and Spurs better be prepared to dig deep if they want to sign the winger.
