[Confirmed Line-Ups] Crystal Palace vs Liverpool: Fabinho Axed From Squad
Liverpool take on Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park this evening looking to make it two wins from two games. Here are the line-ups:
Liverpool will look to build on their impressive start to the season when they take on Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park this evening.
Jurgen Klopp has named an unchanged line-up from the side that beat West Ham 4-0 last weekend so Xhedran Shaqiri must make do with a place on the bench once again as Mo Salah and Sadio Mane retain their places in attack.
Roberto Firmino leads the line up front with Daniel Sturridge among the substitutes while Georgino Wijnaldum keeps his place in midfield with Jordan Henderson on the bench. Oddly, Fabinho hasn’t been included in the match-day squad despite travelling to Selhurst Park and being fully-fit.
James Milner and Naby Keita make-up the three-man midfield with Joe Gomez keeping his place alongside Virgil van Dijk at the back meaning the returning Joel Matip must make do with a place on the bench.
Here are the line-ups:
Crystal Palace
Hennessey, Wan-Bissaka, Tomkins, Sakho, Van Aanholt, Townsend, Milivojevic, McArthur, Schlupp, Zaha, Benteke
Subs: Guaita, Ward, Kelly, Kouyate, Meyer, Sortloth, Ayew
Liverpool
Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Gomez, Van Dijk, Robertson, Milner, Wijnaldum, Keita, Salah, Mane, Firmino
Subs: Mignolet, Matip, Moreno, Henderson, Lallana, Shaqiri, Sturridge
