Diego Costa continued his devastating form in front of goal as he scored a hat-trick to help Chelsea come from behind to beat Swansea 4-2 at Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon.
The hosts took a deserved lead early on when John Terry put through his own net in the 11th minute but the hosts crucially drew level on the stroke of half-time when Costa powered home a header.
The Spaniard put Chelsea ahead just after the break when he was on hand to tap home after some excellent work from Cesc Fabregas and the former Atletico Madrid man sealed his treble in the 67th minute when he fired home after a superb throughball from Ramires.
Loic Remy came off the bench to open his account on his debut, making it 4-1 with a well-taken finish, before the Swans pulled one back late on when Jonjo Shelvey cooly slotted home from the edge of the area.
