Bournemouth vs Arsenal Preview, Team News, Line-Ups, Betting Tips & Predicted Score
Arsenal take on Bournemouth at Dean Court on Sunday afternoon. Here’s a preview with team news, likely line-ups, betting tips and predicted score for the game
Arsenal will look to get their title charge back on track when they take on Bournemouth at Dean Court on Sunday afternoon.
We slipped to fourth place in the Premier League table following Tuesday night’s disappointing draw at home to Southampton so it’s vital we get back to winning ways tomorrow after failing to score in our previous three games.
The title race took another fascinating twist after Leicester City extended their lead at the top with a stunning 3-1 win at Manchester City while Tottenham moved second with a narrow 1-0 win over Watford this afternoon.
We can move level on points with Spurs with a win tomorrow which would put us to within five points of Leicester ahead of our crucial clash with the Foxes at the Emirates next weekend, so it’s imperative we don’t slip-up again.
However, Bournemouth will be no pushover’s as they’ve already proven this season they can mix it with the top clubs and they could move above Chelsea in to 13th place with a win on home soil tomorrow.

Team news
Tomas Rosicky has suffered a major injury blow after being ruled out for around three months with a ruptured thigh injury which he picked up against Burnley last weekend.
Per Mertesacker could return to the starting eleven after only being named among the substitutes in midweek while Theo Walcott and Francis Coquelin are also pushing for recalls.
Danny Welbeck made his long-awaited comeback with a run-out for the under-21’s yesterday but he won’t play any part in this game so remains unavailable along with Santi Cazorla and Jack Wilshere.
Bournemouth will hand a late fitness test to Junior Stanislas while Josh King is also pushing for a recall after coming off the bench in midweek having recovered from a hamstring injury.
Max Gradel and Callum Wilson remain on the sidelines with long-term injuries but Benik Afobe will be looking to impress against his former club.
Likely Line-Ups
Predicted Score
Bournemouth 1-2 Arsenal: We were a little unfortunate not to get all three points against Southampton and if we can create that many chances again tomorrow, I’m sure we’ll take at least one this time around. Bournemouth are a dangerous side but I think we’ll do enough to pick up a vital win.
Betting Tips
Arsenal are the even money favourites to win the game but Football-Talk can get you enhanced odds of 6/1 on an away win – just click here to take advantage of these crazy odds. My prediction of 2-1 is on offer at 8/1 while I also like the look of Alexis Sanchez to open the scoring at 6/1. If you combined those two bets in a score-cast then we get very tempting odds of 30/1.
