[Video Goals] Stoke 1-1 Man Utd: Falcao Goal Not Enough As United Held

Manchester United came from behind to draw 1-1 against Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium this afternoon.

The hosts opened the scoring early on when Ryan Shawcross turned home a Peter Crouch knockdown following a corner in just the second minute.

However, United levelled things up midway through the first half when Radamel Falcao was on hand to poke home from close range from a Wayne Rooney corner.

Both sides had chances to score after the break with Crouch coming closest after hitting the post with a header while Stoke will also feel aggrieved they didn’t get a penalty after Smalling handled in the area, but no further goals were scored and it ended all square.

The result means United are now ten unbeaten but could find themselves 12 points adrift of leaders Chelsea if they beat Tottenham later this evening.
