Tottenham will look to cement their place in the top four when they take on Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Saturday afternoon. Here is team news and the side we think Mauricio Pochettino will select for the game:
Goalkeeper: Hugo Lloris is set to return in goal after being rested for the midweek FA Cup win over Leicester.
Defence: Pochettino is set to make several changes at the back to the side that won 2-0 at the King Power on Wednesday night with Danny Rose, Jan Vertonghen and Toby Alderweireld all expected to get recalls.
Ben Davies and Kevin Wimmer are among those who’ll drop out but Kyle Walker is likely to keep his place at right-back.
Midfield: Ryan Mason is still unavailable for selection but Mousa Dembele made his comeback from injury last weekend and after being rested on Wednesday night, the Belgian international should return to the starting eleven on Saturday.
Eric Dier played at centre-back against Leicester last night so he’s set to resume his central midfield role this weekend with Nabil Bentaleb and Tom Carroll dropping out.
Attack: Heung-min Son was excellent against Leicester in the FA Cup replay and chipped in with a goal and as assist but he could find himself back on the bench with Harry Kane almost certain to return up front.
Dele Alli is also expected to return to the side and join Erik Lamela and Christian Eriksen in attack with Nacer Chadli likely to drop to the bench.
Here is how I think we’ll see Spurs line-up:
What do you think….what eleven would you put out for the game?
