[Video Goals] Everton 1-2 Man Utd: Late Martial Strike Books Final Spot For Utd

Anthony Martial scored with virtually the last kick of the game as Manchester United booked their place in the final of the FA Cup with a 2-1 win over Everton this evening.

United opened the scoring in the 33rd minute when Martial did well down the left flank before cutting back for Marouane Fellaini who turned home against his former club for 1-0.

Everton were a different side after the break and should have levelled things up from the penalty spot but Romelu Lukaku saw his effort saved well by David De Gea to sum up what was a frustrating evening for the Belgian international.

The Toffees did force an equaliser in the 75th minute as Chris Smalling turned a Gerard Deulofeu cross in to his own net for 1-1, however, United won it in stoppage time as Martial got on the end of an Ander Herrera flick before cooly slotting home for 2-1.

United will now wait to see how they’ll play in the final with Watford and Crystal Palace vying for a place in the Wembley show piece next month.
