There is plenty of Premier League interest in the game with Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois keeping his place in goal while team mate Eden Hazard once again starts in attack.
Tottenham defenders Jan Vertonghen and Toby Alderweireld are joined by team mate Moussa Dembele as he comes in to the midfield in place of Manchester United’s Marouane Fellaini. Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne once again suppers Romelu Lukaku in attack.
Southampton’s Shane Long leads the line up front for Ireland while James McCarthy marshalls the midfield.
