Mauricio Pochettino has made several changes from the side that beat Liverpool at the weekend with Michel Vorm coming in between the sticks and Juan Foyth given a chance to impress at the back.
Ben Davies also returns from illness while Danny Rose makes his first start of the season after recovering from a long-term knee injury. Moussa Sissoko comes in to the midfield alongside Eric Dier while Hueng-min Son keeps his place in attack.
Dele Alli also retains his place but Fernando Llorente starts up front with Harry Kane completely rested form the squad.
