[Video] Arsenal 1-0 Qarabag: Lacazette Scores Winner As Gunners Extend Run

Alexandre Lacazette scored the only goal of the game as Arsenal coasted to a 1-0 win over Qarabag to extend our unbeaten run to 22 games in all competitions.

With qualification to the knockout stages as group winners already secured, Unai Emery took the opportunity to rest his key men ahead of Sunday’s trip to Southampton.

Despite fielding a weakened side, Arsenal dominated from the outset and opened the scoring in the 16th minute with our big guns combining. Mesut Ozil fed Alexandre Lacazette and the striker turned his man before firing low in to the net for 1-0.

Arsenal had the ball in the net again in the second half when our youngsters combined. Eddie Nketiah glancing home a close-range header from Buyaka Saka cross but the goal was ruled out for offside.

The game was played out at a slow pace, which was expected in a dead rubber, and Arsenal eased to a 1-0 win to extend our unbeaten run to 22 games.
