Tottenham will be desperate to get their season back on track with a win when they take on Red Star Belgrade at the New Tottenham Stadium this evening.

Mauricio Pochettino has made some changes from the side that drew with Watford at the weekend. Toby Alderweireld makes way as Tottenham switch to a back four meaning Davinson Sanchez keeps his place alongside Jan Vertonghen.

Serge Aurier starts at right-back while Ben Davies comes in at left-back for Danny Rose – who isn’t named in the matchday squad. Tanguy Ndombele is recalled in midfield with Harry Winks dropping to the bench so Moussa Sissoko keeps his place in the middle of the park for Tottenham.

Erik Lamela and Hueng-min Son are also given recalls in attack with Christian Eriksen and Lucas Moura named among the substitutes. Harry Kane will lead the line up front once again for Spurs and he’ll be looking to get back among the goals.

Summer signing Giovani Lo Celso returns to the bench after recovering from injury but there is still no place for Ryan Sessegnon as he continues to work his way back to full fitness from a long-term hamstring problem.

Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Tottenham
