Liverpool will be looking to secure top spot in Group E when they take on Napoli in the Champions League at Anfield this evening.

Jurgen Klopp has given Trent Alexander-Arnold a rest with Joe Gomez coming in at right-back. Joel Matip remains on the sidelines with a knee injury so Dejan Lovren continues alongside Virgil van Dijk while Andy Robertson keeps his place at left-back.

Liverpool make a change in midfield with James Milner recalled in place of Gini Wijnaldum. Jordan Henderson and Fabinho keep their places in the midfield three so Adam Lallana has to make do with a place on the bench.

Mohamed Salah is recalled after not being risked for the win at Crystal Palace on Saturday due to a niggling ankle injury. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is the man to make way as Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino keep their places in the Liverpool attack.

Xherdan Shaqiri makes his return after recovering from a calf injury but he has to settle for a place on the bench alongside Divock Origi.

Here are the confirmed line-ups:

Liverpool

Alisson, Gomez, Lovren, Van Dijk, Robertson, Henderson, Fabinho, Milner, Mane, Firmino, Salah.

Subs: Adrian, Alexander-Arnold, Wijnaldum, Lallana, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Shaqiri, Origi

Napoli

Meret; Di Lorenzo, Koulibaly, Maksimovic, Manolas, Mario Rui; Fabián, Allan, Zielinski; Lozano, Mertens.
