Liverpool & United Set To Miss Out On £13m Youngster
Jordan Henderson, one of England’s hottest prospects, has been told to stay put as Sunderland stated that they have no intention at all in selling their midfielder to the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool or any other club.
Rumours have been flying around that Henderson will be departing the Stadium Of Light as Merseyside giants Liverpool have claimed that they are ready to launch a big-money bid to lure him away from his home-town club.
The £13 million-rated star has been rapidly improving since emerging as a genuine first-team prospect under manager Steve Bruce following a successful loan spell at Championship side Coventry City before the manager’s arrival at the Stadium of Light in the summer of 2009.
Henderson was handed his first senior England cap against France in November last year after making a significant impacts for the Black Cats in the Barclays Premier League and the FA Cup.
So if Henderson is staying put during the transfer window, who will Liverpool and Manchester United be setting their sighs on as an alternative? Watch this space….
