[Teams] Liverpool vs Notts County: Confirmed Line-Ups

Liverpool welcome Notts County to Anfield on Tuesday night in the second round of the Capital One Cup.

Boss Brendan Rodgers has vowed to learn from the mistakes he made last year when he fielded severely weakened teams against Swansea and Oldham in the domestic cups, only to lose both games.

The Northern Irishman has stuck to his word and named a strong side mixed with youth and experience, with the likes of Steven Gerrard, Glen Johnson, Kolo Toure and Daniel Sturridge all starting. Aly Cissokho and Luis Alberto both make their debuts while youngster Jodran Ibe is also given the chance to impress.
