Manchester United secured their place in the semi-final’s of the Capital One Cup with a 2-0 win over Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium on Wednesday night.
On a wet and windy night, Ashley Young broke the deadlock with a rasping strike from the edge of the area in the 62nd minute before Patrice Evra sealed the win with a fine effort 15 minutes later.
