[Tweets] Arsenal Players React Online To Mesut Ozil’s Sensational Goal

Some of the Arsenal players have been reacting on Twitter following our thrilling 3-2 comeback victory over Ludogorets in the group stages of the Champions League last night.

We got off to a nightmare start with the hosts going 2-0 up inside the opening 20 minutes but Granit Xhaka pulled one back before Olivier Giroud levelled things up at 2-2 with a fine header just before half time.

With 90 minutes almost up it looked like we’d have to settle for a point but Mesut Ozil had other ideas as he produced a piece of individual brilliance to score a stunning late goal and secure a 3-2 victory.

The win books our place in the knockout stages of the Champions League for yet another season so it’s understandable that the players have been celebrating on social media sites.

Obviously much of the talk has centered around Ozil’s superb goal with Emi Martinez and Hector Bellerin both posting messages on Twitter expressing their disbelief at the German’s strike.

Laurent Koscielny also retweeted a tweet from the Arsenal account praising Ozil while the player himself has also taken to Twitter to react following his wonderful effort.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Per Mertesacker and Shkodran Mustafi also posted messages on the social networking site following the win last night.
