Antonio Conte has decided to start Willy Cabellero between the sticks while Gary Cahill keeps his place alongside Cesar Azpilicueta and Antonio Rudiger in defence with Andreas Christensen having to make-do with a place on the bench.
Emerson Palmeiri starts in the left wing-back position while Cesc Fabregas comes in to the midfield alongside N’Golo Kante as Tiemoue Bakayoko drops out.
Olivier Giroud gets the nod ahead of Alvaro Morata up front while Eden Hazard and Willian get recalls in attack with Pedro making way.
