Tielemans makes official debut: Predicted Manchester United XI vs Hull City
Manchester United get their Premier League campaign underway tomorrow as they face Hull City at the MKM Stadium on matchday one at 12:30 local time, hoping to start the year on a winning note.
Michael Carrick’s first season in charge will come with a lot of expectations as his team played great football over the last few months and there have also been some quality signings made over the summer.
Here is a look at how the Red Devils’ possible playing eleven.
Goalkeeper – Senne Lammens is expected to be the number one for Man United this season and could start in between the sticks for the Hull City clash.
Defenders – Diogo Dalot is likely to be employed as the right back with Luke Shaw featuring on the left side of the back four. Harry Maguire could be deployed in the heart of the defensive quartet and Ayden Heaven is expected to partner with the Englishman.

Midfielders – Manchester United’s double pivot in midfield could include two new signings as £35 million summer recruit Youri Tielemans is expected to start alongside former Chelsea star Andrey Santos. Bruno Fernandes, who had a very poor World Cup, is also set to feature in the starting eleven as he looks to answer his critics with another strong campaign in the Premier League.
Amad Diallo has been extensively used as the right winger for much of pre-season and might be employed on the flank once again, whereas Patrick Dorgu has been deployed on the left side of late, and could retain his berth in the team too.
Forward – With Benjamin Sesko unlikely to be fully fit for the Hull City fixture, it is expected for Bryan Mbeumo to lead the line for the home side.
Here is how the Red Devils’ team is expected to look on paper.
