[Tweets & Photos] Man Utd Players Celebrate On Twitter After Beating Everton

Some of the Manchester United players have been celebrating on Twitter after they booked their place in the final of the FA Cup with a 2-1 win over Everton this evening.

United opened the scoring through Marouane Fellaini before David De Gea made a superb save to deny Romelu Lukaku from the penalty spot shortly after half-time.

The Spaniard could do nothing to prevent Chris Smalling putting through his own net to make it 1-1 but Anthony Martial won it in stoppage time with a cool finish to secure a thrilling 2-1 win.

United have now booked their place back at Wembley for the final next month where they’ll play the winner of Crystal Palace and Watford so it’s easy to understand why several of the players have been celebrating on Twitter this evening.

David De Gea, Daley Blind, Marcos Rojo, Juan Mata, Bastian Schweinstieger, Ashley Young, Ander Herrera, Timothy Fosu-Mensah have all taken to Twitter this evening to post photos and messages to their followers in celebration of their cup win over the Toffees.
