Both sides will be looking to collect their first three points of the new season as Southampton welcome West Ham to St Mary’s this afternoon.

Mauricio Pellegrino has made one change from the side that drew 0-0 with Swansea last weekend as Mario Lemina comes in for James Ward-Prowse.

Cedric Soares starts at right-back despite on-going speculation over his future while Virgil van Dijk is still not involved after handing in a transfer request earlier this month.

West Ham make four changes from the side that lost to Man Utd with Aaron Creswell passed fit to start at left-back while Rui Fonte comes in to the defence alongside Winston Reid.

Declan Rice gets a start in midfield while Michael Antonio is fit to return to the starting eleven with Edmilson Fernandes dropping to the bench.
